





Our meat products can be made processing poultry meat (chicken, turkey), pork or beef.
These can be processed by heat treatment (ready fried: reaching up to max. +72 °C core temperature) and/or quick freezing (freezing down to min. -18 °C core temperature).
Our modern technology makes a wide variety possible, in the field of using different type of bread-crumbs (Bread-crumb: traditional, homemade, children’s favour products) and fillings (tempura filling: cheese, cream cheese, ham, bacon, sauces) in accordance with the Hungarian or international choice of taste.
Our product collection encompasses both traditional and really culinary product specialities, such as chicken liver fried in breadcrumbs, pork marrow fried in breadcrumbs, Hortobagy style pancake filled with chicken meat, roast knuckle.
